Talana Organics delivers Australia wide. Shipping Overseas is not currently an option, however, if you have a particular requirement to deliver outside Australia, please contact us to discuss.

We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift, we can deliver to the recipient's address. Items are dispatched once payment has been cleared. Talana Organics utilises the services of a courier company used for delivery to Metropolitan Sydney and most Major towns in Australia where possible, so a signature will be required at time of delivery. Where a courier service is not available, Australia Post services will be utilised.

Where a courier service is used, and should you not be home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left by the driver and you can arrange for a more suitable drop-off time. Your driver will attempt re-delivery once without charge, however subsequent attempts will incur an additional charge. A better way would be to nominate your work address if you are not home, so that it can be safely delivered there and a signature can be provided. Alternatively you can authorise the driver to leave the parcel at your doorstep or in your letter box. Parcels which are given an authority to leave will be deemed received once delivered under this instruction whether or not the receiver has actually physically signed for the consignment.

Postage Cost

Postage is calculated based on order weight and location.

Regular:

Up to 500g	$4.75
500g – 3kgs	$8.50
Over 3kgs	We will contact you with the cost as a courier service will be used which will take into account distance and weight.
